Zara has its presence in developed nations like USA, Australia, etc. and the company is also present in the developing countries like India. Zara is known for its agile supply chain (Lengnick-Hall Lengnick-Hall, 2013). The case study highlights the part that the flexible and optimized supply chain is the key to success for Zara. The company is known to introduce the clothes with latest trends and fashion in the market. The shelf life of products of Zara is low and the consumers usually get access to latest clothes and accessories whenever they visit Zara.
